The boys had a lot of fun hunting for pecans and trying to fill up all the buckets.
Andrew found the part of the tree that the pecans grow on and thought it was really neat.
We ended up getting almost 2 5 gallon buckets completely full.
After picking we headed back to the house to visit with Grandma, but she was sleeping so we didn't want to disturb her. Instead we headed over to the barn to visit some brand new kittens that were born on Sunday. They still had their umbilical cords attached. Here is one of the little kittens in the palm of my hand.

Here is the litter of kittens. There was eight babies in total.

And this my friends is how little boys use the bathroom in the country :)
The boys had a great time out in the country although hopefully next time we will get to spend some time with Grandma!

There are pecans everywhere this year! I picked for about 2 hours by myself at my moms and ended up with about 5 gallons.
Love the country bathroom! If only girls had it that easy.
I know, I can't believe how many pecans there are! We didn't even make a dent in them but we were all warn out after that short time.
The outside bathroom is the best part of having boys! Although I have to remind them that we do have to go inside if we can:)
