Raking leaves!

Sunday I had to work day shift and so the only thing we had planned was just Adriana's soccer game in the afternoon. So finally having a free day with nothing to do, we figured that it would be a good time to get all the leaves in our yard raked up. Of course this is a definite job the kids can help out with and they look forward to it every year asking if they can rake the leaves as soon as they begin falling off the tree. So we would never tell them no and immediately put them to work!
First they have to rake up the leaves into a pile.



Its never any fun raking up leaves without being able to jump into the pile!





Then the lounge around for a bit to get some rest!


Last we put all the leaves into our giant pumpkin bags that we use for decorations.


The kids were a huge help and although I forgot to get any pictures of the end product, we now have a huge pumpkin leaf bag and a scarecrow make out of bags and leaves. Good job kids!
